Donald Lee starting cooking at the tender age of 7 years old. He learned a lot of his cooking from his mother and his older brothers. Prior to Big Daddy's and BBQ and Soul Food opening, Mr. Lee has served his food via pop-ups, summer festivals, and has operated in other restaurant locations. 

Donald hopes to keep this a family owned business and would love to see the day that his children and grandchildren take it over..
